Thanks for coming out last night...

Hey!  I want to thank everybody who showed up last night and made our first 3-0n-3 basketball tournament a success!  It was a lot of fun to see so many teams competing and having a good time!  Congratulations to those teams who took home the goods!  Thanks to our adults who helped officiate and keep score!  It was a fun night!!

Next Wednesday, we will resume our regular activities.  This means we will meet at the Community Center at 6:30 p.m. for some free time, organized games, an a lesson.  Below is a flier for an event coming up that I am excited about.  If you are an Aitkin student, this Thursday night event will rock for you because there is no school the next day.  If you are a Brainerd student it's a bit more complex because you do have school but if you want to go please let me know by this Wednesday!  It is going to be an awesome concert!!

The concert will be held at the New Song Cafe in Brainerd, MN.  The doors open @ 6:30 p.m. and we would try to leave the church around 5:30 p.m. to make sure we get in line for the event.  The event will be $8 at the door.

So Much Going On!!

Hey everybody!  There is so much going on in the next few days and I hope you are able to take part in the fun!!  This Saturday we are going Lazer Bowling!  I look forward to this event!  It should be fun!  Remember we are leaving from the Community Alliance Church parking lot at 6:30 p.m.  We will be bowling at Aitkin Lanes from 7-9 p.m. and returning around 9:30 p.m.  Be sure to eat something before because we won't be eating as a group.  You could also bring a few bucks to get a snack at the bowling alley.  The cost for this event is $8 which covers your bowling shoes and two games of sick lazer bowling.  See you on Saturday!

This coming Wednesday we will be having a 3-on-3 basketball tournament at the Garrison Community Center!!  The doors for this event will open at 6:30 p.m. and we will be giving away FREE pop throughout the evening.  Be sure to invite a friend along to get in on this basketball action!!  There will be prizes for the champions and runner up team!  As always, the pool, ping-pong, and foosball table will be available for your enjoyment.  Hope to see you there next Wednesday the 24th!

New Series!

Hey!  I am excited to announce that we are back in action this Wednesday, February 3rd, starting at 6:30 p.m. at the Garrison Community Center!!  We will be playing games, eating snacks (don't forget some spare change), hanging out, and learning some more of what God wants to teach us.  We will be starting a new lesson series entitled: "That's So Hard".  We will deal with some topics that we wrestle with each day!  I look forward to it!  PLUS...we will be talking about some sweet upcoming events that you won't want to miss!  I look forward to seeing you all there!
